Logging Off

KnowledgeTree Office Add-in > Getting Started > Logging Off


This procedure logs you out of KnowledgeTree in all currently open Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

Note: Logging off from KnowledgeTree in any one Microsoft Office application also logs you out of KnowledgeTree sessions in other Microsoft Office windows where you're working with the KnowledgeTree Office Add-in. In this case, clicking on an action in the Add-in panel redirects you to the Login page, where you will need to log in to continue using KnowledgeTree.

 

 

Pre-requisite:

You must be logged in to KnowledgeTree through KnowledgeTree Office Add-in.

 

Perform the following steps:

1.Open a Microsoft Office application - Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

Note: By default, unless you explicitly log out of your KnowledgeTree

Office Add-in session, you are logged in until you use the Logout button

to end your session.

 

2.On the KnowledgeTree Office Add-in panel, click Logout.

 

3.KnowledgeTree Office Add-in closes and the Login page re-opens.
