KnowledgeTree Office Add-in


The KnowledgeTree Office Add-in is a desktop client tool for Windows that allows you to work with KnowledgeTree documents from within the following Microsoft Office 2007 applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

add new documents to KnowledgeTree
search KnowledgeTree, or browse KnowledgeTree's folder structure
open KnowledgeTree documents for viewing and editing in Microsoft Office
view, add, and edit document properties
save your changes directly to KnowledgeTree
email KnowledgeTree documents

The following images provide an example of how you can use KnowledgeTree Office Add-in as an alternative interface to the web-based KnowledgeTree document management system.

 

Note: When viewing KnowledgeTree files and folders through KnowledgeTree Office Add-in, note that you will only see files of the type relevant to the Microsoft Office 2007 application you are working in. For example, when working in Microsoft Office Excel, the Add-in displays only those files in the KnowledgeTree Browse view that are of file type 'Excel'.
