KnowledgeTree Drop Box Permissions

The Dropped Documents dashlet creates the main Dropped Documents folder in Browse Documents (KnowledgeTree's content portal), and automatically assigns the 'read' permission on this folder to all KnowledgeTree users, through the WorkSpaceOwner roler.

On first log in to KnowledgeTree, the Dropped Documents dashlet displays, and the KnowledgeTree Drop Box adds the user's Dropped Documents workspace (a personal Dropped Documents folder), in the main Dropped Documents folder. By default, the 'read only' permission is replaced by a full permission set for the user, on their Dropped Documents workspace.

The KnowledgeTree administrator group is assigned full permissions on all Dropped Documents workspaces that are created in the repository, while non-administrative users have access only to their Dropped Documents workspace.
