KnowledgeTree Drop Box > KnowledgeTree Drop Box Permissions The Dropped Documents dashlet creates the main Dropped Documents folder in the KnowledgeTree repository, and automatically assigns the 'read' permission on this folder to all KnowledgeTreeLive users, through the WorkSpaceOwner roler.
When a KnowledgeTreeLive user logs in for the first time and the Dropped Documents dashlet is visible on the KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard, the Dropped Documents dashlet creates this user's Dropped Documents workspace (their personal Dropped Documents folder), in the main Dropped Documents folder, and automatically overwrites the 'read' permission in order to allocate full permissions to this user on their Dropped Documents workspace.
The KnowledgeTree administrator group is assigned full permissions on all Dropped Documents workspaces that are created in the repository, while non-administrative users have access only to their Dropped Documents workspace.
