KnowledgeTreeLive requires no installation, upgrades, or server infrastructure. To start using KnowledgeTree Commercial edition today, contact KnowledgeTree Sales to sign up for your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

This is what you will need:

A modern web-browser
A broadband Internet connection (recommended, for the best user experience)

 

 

How does this work?

When signing up, you will be assigned a secure KnowledgeTreeLive Web address, and login credentials for accessing your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

Note: Your KnowledgeTreeLive account uses https, for secure connections - e.g. https://yourcompanyname.knowledgetreelive.com/

 

The account name you specify when setting up your account becomes part of the Web address you use to access your KnowledgeTreeLive On-demand Document Management System.

 

Note: Bookmark your KnowledgeTreeLive Web address, and communicate it correctly to other users requiring access to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

KnowledgeTree Sales will also provide you with information about getting support for KnowledgeTreeLive, and links to other KnowledgeTree resources.

 

 

How do I start using my KnowledgeTreeLive account once I've signed up?

To start using KnowledgeTree through your KnowledgeTreeLive account, open your KnowledgeTreeLive Web address in your Web browser; then, enter your logon credentials on the Login screen.
