KnowledgeTree provides support for customers wishing to migrate their KnowledgeTree documents and database between the hosted, on-demand KnowledgeTreeLive account and KnowledgeTree on-premise editions.

Migrating from KnowledgeTreeLive to KnowledgeTree on-premise

Migration from KnowledgeTreeLive to KnowledgeTree on-premise is supported.

Migrations are free of charge if it is part of a KnowledgeTree Commercial, on-premise subscription. There is a charge for migrations off of subscription. Please contact KnowledgeTree Sales for details.

Note:

•	Customer databases are migrated to the latest version of KnowledgeTree on-premise;

•	Migrated databases and documents are made available on a secure download location

Migrating from KnowledgeTree on-premise to KnowledgeTreeLive

Migration from KnowledgeTree on-premise to KnowledgeTreeLive is supported. Customers should contact sales@knowldgetree.com for details.

Migrations are free of charge for existing KnowledgeTree Commercial, on-premise customers. Please contact KnowledgeTree Sales for details.

Note:

•	KnowledgeTree Commercial customers must be on the same version of KnowledgeTreeLive - currently (July 2009), this is version 3.6.1;

•	KnowledgeTree provides a secure upload location for your database and documents
