Getting Started

Getting started with KnowledgeTreeLive is easy - all you have to do is sign up with KnowledgeTree Sales for your own KnowledgeTreeLive, on-demand, trial account.

KnowledgeTreeLive Trial

You can access a hosted demo of KnowledgeTree on the KnowledgeTree website.

The trial account gives your organization full access, for the duration of the trial period, to their own instance of KnowledgeTree's web-based document management system, without any requirements around installing the software or purchasing server infrastructure.

Note: The hosted demo is available for a 2 hour trial period from the time you register. Contact KnowledgeTree to request an extended 30-day hosted demo:

Call: +1 415.200.0225
Fax: +1 415.449.3595
Email: sales@knowledgetree.com

The trial account is a useful evaluation tool that lets you try KnowledgeTree's document management capabilities before subscribing to the KnowledgeTreeLive service.

Note: When signing up for a KnowledgeTreeLive account, you will receive a KnowledgeTreeLive Administrator account, and a secure Web address, such as 'https://yourcompany.knowledgetreelive.com/'. The Web address serves as the location of your organization's document management system.

Subscribing to KnowledgeTreeLive

You may convert a trial account to an annual subscription at any time during the trial period. A KnowledgeTreeLive subscription provides additional user accounts and more storage capacity, access to priority support, and continued use of KnowledgeTree, through the KnowledgeTreeLive service, beyond the trial period.

Note: Visit the KnowledgeTree website for more information on pricing for the hosted, on-demand, KnowledgeTreeLive service, to find out more about our on-premise editions, or to license KnowledgeTree for use within your own application.
