Restoring Archived Documents

Managing KnowledgeTree > DMS Administration > Document Storage > Restoring Archived Documents

This procedure Restores archived documents.

 

Note: By default, documents are restored to the folder location from where they were originally archived. If that folder no longer exists on the system, the document is restored to the root directory in the repository.

 

 

Perform the following steps:

1.Open DMS Administration; then, click Document Storage.

 

2.Click Archived Document Restoration.

 

3.Navigate the folder structure to locate the folder containing the document/s requiring restoration; then, click on the folder to display its content.

 

4.Select the check box adjacent to documents that need to be restored; then, click Restore.

 

5.Ensure that you're restoring the correct document; then, click Confirm De-archival.
