KnowledgeTree Commercial on-premise (trial or subscription) requires a license to activate commercial features and provide access to the KnowledgeTree Commercial client tools.

 

Note: Signing up for a hosted KnowledgeTreeLive account subscription provides instant access to the KnowledgeTree Commercial edition document management software, including all commercial features and the client tools, without installing any licenses. For more information about the KnowledgeTreeLive service, please consult the KnowledgeTree Quick Start Guide.

 

Free Trial

You can download the full-featured KnowledgeTree Commercial Premium Trial (on-premise) software for evaluation purposes for a limited, free period, from the KnowledgeTree website. On the download page, you can download KnowledgeTree on-premise, a Trial license, and the KnowledgeTree client tools.

Note: You will need to install your Trial license to unlock KnowledgeTree's Commercial functionality.

About expired licenses

License renewal notices display on the system administrator's dashboard 30 days before an existing license is due to expire.

 

Should your license expire before you install a new one, access to KnowledgeTree Commercial functionality (provided through the Commercial Plugins), access to commercial support, and access to KnowledgeTree through KnowledgeTree Explorer is suspended. All functionality and services are restored as soon as you install your new license.
