Managing KnowledgeTree > Browse Documents > About this folder (Menu)

This menu, which displays in the folder view, contains the following options:

 

•Display Details - shows the contents of the currently selected folder. The default view, when opening Browse Documents, displays the Unit folders at the top level of the folder structure (i.e. folders in the Root Folder). The following information is displayed for each folder and document: Title, Created, Modified, Creator, Workflow State. The following actions are available on folders and documents in this view: Delete, Move, Copy, Archive, Export, Checkout.

 

•Folder Transactions - displays details of transactions carried out on the currently selected folder: User, Action, Date, Comment.
