Viewing Support Tickets

Using KnowledgeTreeLive > KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker > Viewing Support Tickets

This procedure displays issues logged by the administrative user of the KnowledgeTreeLive account, through the KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker.

 

Perform the following steps:

1.Use your administrator credentials to log in to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

2.Locate the My Issues dashlet on the KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard.

 

3.Do you want to ...

 

view the last five support tickets logged? View the last five issues logged in the Open Issues field of the My Issues dashlet. The display includes a ticket number for each issue.

 

view all open support tickets? Click View all Issues in the My Issues dashlet to display a list of all your open issues.

 

4.Do you want to view details of a specific logged issue?
Yes. Go to step 5.
No. Exit this procedure

 

5.Click on the relevant ticket number to open the View Issue page for the selected ticket. This page contains the following details for the currently selected support ticket:
summary
description
comments
key (the ticket number)
type (the type of ticket, e.g. Support)
status (e.g. Open, Resolved)
priority (the assigned priority of the ticket)
links to comment on, or close the currently selected issue
