Using KnowledgeTreeLive > Viewing Storage Usage Statistics
This procedure displays the document storage statistics for your KnowledgeTreeLive account.
Perform the following steps:
| 1. | Use your Web browser to open the Login page for your KnowledgeTreeLive account. |
| 3. | Locate the My account usage dashlet on the Dashboard. |
| • | view storage usage statistics? The currently used space is displayed as a percentage of the total, and as a numeric value of the total allocation for your KnowledgeTreeLive account. |
| • | view a history of past storage usage? The Monthly Usage section on the dashlet displays a graphical representation of the pattern of storage usage, month by month, over a 12 month period. |
| • | view the current allocation of user tokens, out of a total number of KnowledgeTreeLive user accounts owned by your organization? The user accounts section at the top of this dashlet displays the number of available (unallocated) user tokens out of the total user tokens allocated for your account (purchased subscriptions, or allocated as part of the Trial account). |
Note: The account administrator allocates user accounts in the Users and Groups section
of DMS Administration.
