Using KnowledgeTreeLive > Viewing Account Information

This procedure displays your current KnowledgeTreeLive account information.

 

 

Perform the following steps:

1.Log in to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

2.On the KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard, in the My account usage dashlet, click Account Management to open the Account Management page.

 

3.On the Account Management page, click Account Information to open the Account Information page, where you can view the following details on your account:
•account details - i.e. commercial or trial
•account name
•account cost details - current user tokens, current cost per month
•repository status - current storage capacity (available, utilized, remaining, and average monthly usage)
