This page displays details of a currently selected Support Ticket, and allows you to comment on the issue, or close the issue.

 

Issue Details

Key

This field displays the ticket number.

 

Type

This field displays the issue type.

 

Status

This field displays the status of the ticket - e.g. Closed, or Open.

 

Priority

This field displays the assigned priority of the ticket - e.g. Blocker

 

Operations

Comment on this issue

This link allows you to add a comment to the currently displayed support ticket.

 

Close this issue

This link allows you to add a final comment, and close the currently displayed support ticket.
