User Accounts

Using KnowledgeTreeLive > User Accounts

A KnowledgeTreeLive account - the Trial account or the paid subscription account - ships with a minimum number of user accounts, including the account administrator.

You can view the total number of user accounts active for your account on the KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard, in the My account usage dashlet. This dashlet indicates the number of allocated user tokens, out of the total available user tokens for your account.

You can purchase additional user tokens at any time from within the KnowledgeTreeLive User Interface. Since each user account includes 10GB of storage space, purchasing additional user accounts also increases your storage capacity.

Once you have purchased additional user tokens, you will need to add the additional users (the users who will use these tokens) in the Users and Groups section of KnowledgeTree's administrative module - DMS Administration. Only the KnowledgeTree administrator may purchase user accounts, and add users in DMS Administration. DMS Administration is not visible or accessible to non-administrative users.
