Updating / Closing Support Tickets

Using KnowledgeTreeLive > KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker > Updating / Closing Support Tickets

This procedure updates or closes an existing support ticket through the KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker, from within the KnowledgeTreeLive interface.

 

Perform the following steps:

1.Use your administrator credentials to log in to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

2.Locate the relevant support ticket; then, open its View Issue page.

 

3.Do you want to ...

 

comment on this issue? Click Comment on this issue in the Operations section on the left of the page. Add the comment; then, click Add.

 

close this issue? Click Close this issue in the Operations section on the left of the page. Add a final comment (optional); then, click Close.

Note: Closed issues are removed from the ticketing system, and will no longer be

accessible.
