Using KnowledgeTreeLive > KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker > Updating / Closing Support Tickets This procedure updates or closes an existing support ticket through the KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker, from within the KnowledgeTreeLive interface.
