Getting Started > Logging in
This procedures logs you in to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.
Please Note:
| • | By default, the person signing up is assigned as account administrator. The initial default login username for the account creator is 'admin'; use the password you defined on the KnowledgeTreeLive account registration form. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the Login screen to securely retrieve your password. |
Perform the following steps:
| 1. | Use your Web browser to navigate to your KnowledgeTreeLive account, e.g. 'https://live.knowledgetree.com/yourcompany'. |
| 2. | On the login screen, enter your KnowledgeTreeLive username and password. |
Note: The default login credentials are:
| • | Password: The password you specified when creating your account. |
