Using KnowledgeTreeLive > KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard

The KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard is the first interface you see when logging in to your KnowledgeTreeLive account.

 

In addition to the dashlets that display in the on-premise edition of KnowledgeTree Document Management System, the administrator's view of the KnowledgeTreeLive Dashboard also displays the following dashlets:

 

My Account Usage

 

My Issues

 

 

My Account Usage

My User Accounts

A display of the user tokens available for your KnowledgeTreeLive account, indicating the total number of user tokens, and the number of user tokens already allocated.  Access the Account Management page through the Buy user tokens link (subscription account) or the Upgrade Account link (trial account).

 

My Document Storage

A display of your storage usage statistics - represented as a percentage of total, and as a numeric value of the total allocation. This dashlet also includes a graphical display of your usage pattern over a 12 month period. 

 

 

My Issues

This dashlet displays a list of the last 5 support tickets logged in the KnowledgeTreeLive Issue Tracker, for your account. Click View all issues to display a list of all your tickets. Click Create a new issue to log a new support request.
